cancelations

I am committed to providing my clients with courtesy and respect. Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice prevents availability and impacts my business income. If you find that you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone or text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you do not reach me, please leave a message. You will not be required to pay the missed appointment fees if you do so.

missed appointments/Late cancelations

Missed appointments and late cancelations will be required to pay 50% on the full cost of that appointment. Payment must be received prior to booking next appointment.

Note: I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of our control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and those will be taken into consideration on a case by case basis. 

Note: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to complete all services originally booked and your appointment may have to be altered or rescheduled. In that case, the above cancelation policy will apply.
